  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Fresh berries and shaved dark chocolate, for garnish (optional)


  • In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
